Delete your Kora account
You can request closure of your Kora account and deletion of associated data that Kora is not required to retain.

Use the WhatsApp button below and provide the email address or phone number associated with the account. Never send your password, login code or private key.
Verification
Kora will verify that the request comes from the account owner. Additional information may be requested only to confirm your identity and protect funds.
Before closure
Pending operations must be completed and any available balance must be withdrawn or transferred. Kora will explain the required steps if the account cannot yet be closed.
Data deleted
After approval, account access is disabled and data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
Data retained
Some transaction, security, fraud-prevention, identity-verification or legally required records may be retained for the applicable period. They are not used to keep the account active.
