Using the service
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use Kora only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for operations confirmed from your account, except for a reported and verified security incident.
Availability
Top-up and withdrawal methods depend on country, operator, partners and availability. An operation may remain pending while it is confirmed or settled.
USDT and Solana network
Kora uses USDT for certain operations and Solana for external blockchain transfers. Always verify the address, asset and network before confirmation. A confirmed blockchain operation may be irreversible.
Fees and rates
Applicable fees and rates are presented during the operation when available. Operator, partner or network fees may apply independently of Kora.
Security and restrictions
Kora may delay, reject or review an operation for security, availability, compliance or risk reasons. Report unauthorized use immediately through the available support channel.
